Dear Graham
We felt that we really should write to thank you so much for all your help and support since we met back in the summer. I never thought browsing through the internet that we would find an advisor that would be so good at the job and so amiable. You have been honest, professional, very efficient and effective in your work. Not to mention patient with us with the original two houses falling through and everything else! Through out this we felt that you have been genuinely interested in us as people, during what has been one of the biggest decisions of our lives so far (getting a mortgage). I know it is 'just a job' but we really got the feeling that you care about it, which is lovely to experience. We can have quite high expectations and you really have exceeded them. One can often use a service, expect it to be good, and when everything goes to plan take it for granted that everything went smoothly. Which is why we thought it was important to provide feedback about how pleased we have been with you and the excellent service you have provided.

We are now in our house, and although it needs a bit of work before it looks like a home, it already feels like it is!!
